4. Contact Forms
When you use the contact form or quote request form on our website, the information you provide (such as your name, email address, phone number, and project details) is collected solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and preparing a service quote. This data is not shared with third parties for marketing or any other unrelated purposes.
Our contact and quote request forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot-verification service provided by Cloudflare, Inc. When you submit a form, Cloudflare may process your IP address and certain browser characteristics to verify that the submission is from a human visitor. This data is processed by Cloudflare in accordance with their privacy policy.

6. AI App Data Processing
When you use our AI-powered statistical analysis application, the following data processing practices apply:
- Datasets you upload are processed solely for the purpose of generating your statistical analysis. They are not used for model training or any other purpose.
- Uploaded data is stored securely and automatically deleted from our servers 7 days after upload. If you need your data retained longer (for example, to revisit or re-run an analysis), you may request an extension.
- AI-generated results are provided for informational and educational purposes. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any output before using it in academic work.
- We implement appropriate technical safeguards to protect data during upload, processing, and transmission.
- You should not upload datasets containing sensitive personal data (such as medical records or financial identifiers) unless you have ensured compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
- Your AI App account data (email address, credit balance, purchase history) is retained for as long as your account is active. The 7-day automatic deletion applies only to uploaded datasets, not to your account or credit balance. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
Free online tools: Our free interactive tools (Sample Size Calculator, Statistical Test Selector, Effect Size Calculator, P-Value Interpreter, and APA Results Formatter) run entirely in your browser. No data entered into these tools is transmitted to our servers or shared with any third party.
